Founder & CEO
Harsh Singhal, Founder & CEO Born in Mumbai, India, as a kid, Harsh showed early interest in arts (took calligraphy lessons, excelled in drawing classes, and represented school in arts and drawing competitions), technology (excelled in computer science classes learning Java, C++, and Python, and represented school in robotics competition), and business- at age 16, in the summer after 10th grade, was a management trainee at a publicly-listed paper-manufacturing company with annual revenue of $180 million; at age 17, in the summer after 11th grade, interned at an international CPA firm that provided financial advisory to Domino's Pizza; and after high-school, traveled to Canada to intern in marketing in a data-analytics software company, and sold SaaS in India. He graduated from Purdue University in USA with a major in Economics and minors in Industrial Design, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship and spent a summer in Europe attending Sciences Po University in France and TUM in Germany, and a summer in China attending Fudan University. While in college, he raised $150,000 over 2 semesters for Purdue Solar Racing to build a solar-powered race car that raced in Shell Eco-Marathon, served as President of a climate lobbying club meeting Senators and Government officials to discuss climate change, was a popular campus leader in the climate field organizing climate movie nights, founding and leading a climate book club, conducting tours of campus greenhouses, and spearheading letter-writing campaigns to editors of newspapers on climate issues, developed an app to help local restaurants sell leftover food to students, invented an award-winning mechanical fluid regulator to minimize fuel wastage in planes like Cessna, and managed several other climate-related projects. Additionally, he was very active on campus- joined Phi Kappa Tau, a social fraternity, where he served as Director of Community Service and Philanthropy, leading volunteer efforts with organizations like the Boy Scouts of America, Purdue Engineering Outreach, and Purdue Space Day. Additionally, he became a member of Alpha Theta Delta, a professional fraternity for design, and Tau Mu Lambda, an academic honors society, was founding President of student-led consulting group, Impact Consulting and a member of a student venture-capital group, Purdue Student Managed Venture Fund. He enjoys traveling, is a member of The Explorers Club, and likes reading.

William Solovei, CTO William Solovei graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelorβs in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Engineering Technology in just 4 years. He has previously worked as a R&D engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and at a biomedical automation startup, and in the business process improvement team at a defense company, Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions. He also holds multi-year research experience at Purdue University. While at Purdue, he volunteered for Purdue Engineering Outreach to promote STEM education among K-12 students from local schools and was a brother at his fraternity, Phi Kappa Tau. A dual citizen of USA and Netherlands, he enjoys martial arts, working out, and spending time with his family and friends.

Manish Pipalia, CFO Manish Pipalia is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate Cost & Work Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Enterprise Risk Assessor with over 30 years of experience in financial advisory, internal audit, risk management, and management consulting. He writes articles in professional journals, is a regular speaker at professional bodies like ICAI and BCAS and has authored multiple books on internal audit.
